Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the Global Chief D&I Officer and the global team on all administrative needs (e.g. scheduling meetings, follow-up notes, agenda creation, event logistics)
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements and complete expense reports; learn related policies, platforms and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Manage the global budget process
  • Collaborate with the team to create and maintain templates of key documents
  • Design a team project plan and workflows; track and report project milestones
  • Assist in maintaining and pulling data and reports
  • Monitor and evaluate D&I content across all brands and channels;
  • Create and coordinate presentations
  • Draft written communications, newsletters, emails, speeches, social media posts, etc.
  • Coordinate logistics for all training programs, events and provide on the day support
  • Identify trends and patterns, and recommend further actions to support the team
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
  • Possess extremely strong detail orientation, organization and problem solving skills
  • Incredibly strong communication and presentation skills especially at the executive level
  • Experience in updating and tracking the progress of projects and rallying teams
  • Comfortable with data reporting and analysis
  • Team player who enjoys getting into the details and solving complex problems
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, curious mindset, eager to learn and positive outlook
  • Ability to liaise with senior level executives and internal staff at all levels around the globe
  • Ability to liaise with and manage external clients and partners;
  • Strong technical skills across key tools (i.e. Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.) and platforms is a must; experience with Contentful or other web design platforms is ideal
  • A high level of discretion is required
The expected base salary range for this position is from $62,000 - $70,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
