Salary Description: From $31.28 an hour
Department: Total Quality Managment- Schedule: Full time days
- Hospital: Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast
- Location: Destin, Florida
Coordinate the activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program.
- Facilitate the development, implementation and evaluation of program services and initiatives.
- Plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate appropriate patient care.
- Responsible for determining appropriate trainings for the staff and developing the learning program.
- Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Advanced Life Support specializing in Advanced Cardio Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
