110k-125k – Fulltime

MUST HAVE Experience Doing: Quarterly closings, GL maintenance, journal entries as needed, daily cash management, overseeing AP dept. reviewing checks/wires for accuracy, overseeing AR dept. to ensure timely billing/collections. Will do Annual Financial Statement audits and annual filed exam by the bank. MUST have audit experience.

Rapidly growing, well-established and very successful Central New Jersey Retail Company is looking for a hands-on candidate with 7-10+ yrs. experience with a VERY strong accounting background to do Quarterly closings, GL maintenance, journal entries as needed, daily cash management, oversee AP dept. and review checks/wires for accuracy, oversee AR dept. and ensure timely billing/collections and will do Annual Financial Statements audit and annual filed exam by bank. MUST have audit experience.

Will deal with departments including operations, production, distribution and information technology. Will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records. Will prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports. Will be involved with day-to-day operations that include the General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Will develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets. Will report to the awesome of Finance and will deal with senior executives and their teams across EVERY department. Must be detail and deadline-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to hit the ground running.
