Engage in the review, understanding, and drafting of various commercial agreements, including SaaS Agreements, SOWs, reseller and vendor agreements, NDAs, and more, with a keen eye on safeguarding the company's interests and fostering value.
Learn to navigate the complexities of compliance requirements, developing the skill to draft necessary exceptions in RFP proposals.
Collaborate closely with diverse teams across Accounting, Sales, IT, and Support, contributing to process improvements and risk mitigation strategies within the contracts lifecycle.
Master the art of contract administration, adhering to our company's policies, legal standards, and customer needs while applying sound business judgment.
Cultivate meaningful internal and external relationships, supporting our sales and renewals teams, and becoming an integral part of our company's success.
Receive guidance and support in providing advice on contract generation, and participate actively in developing core contract management processes.
