Role Description:
This is a contract hybrid role for an Associate Attorney specializing in Employment law. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and litigating labor and employment law cases. The role is located in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications:

• Expertise in Labor and Employment Law
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to provide sound legal advice
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in litigation and case management
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• Experience in franchise and distribution law is a plus
