Job Title: Contract Administrator Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, revising and controlling contracts that involve the purchase or of goods or services.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Assist in with recruitment, interviews, hires, and training
- Oversees subcontractor’s performance and contingency operations
- Assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts and modifications.
- Verify and review subcontractors’ proposals and ensure contractual commitments are kept.
- Prepare, schedule, and conduct projects internal and government meetings.
- Prepare and submit a variety of records, data, and reports to company management and government representatives.
- Identification of potential claims for equitable adjustment under various contractual provisions including the Changes Clause, Value Engineering Clause, Variations in Estimated Quantity Clause, Government Property Clause, and Differing Site Conditions Clause.
- Coordinate employee’s Identification Common Access Cards (CAC), DBIDS, and submit to Government for background investigations.
- Assist in the collection of payment and due accounts from government and non-government customers,
- Prepare and document all invoicing and processing through credit card or Wide Area Work Flow/PIEE process or through individual new work purchase orders, and maintain the numerous official contract files.
- Maintain a current and complete record of all contract changes and make information available to other elements of the Company.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in written and oral communication skills according to skill requirements
- Possess strong computer skills, able to read, write, and comprehend written instructional documents
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- IDIQ & FFP Knowledgeable, Government Contracts, Accounting, Billing, Credit and Collections, customer service/sales, Cross Functional Team Leadership, Contract Management, WAWF/PIEE, Expense Reports,
- Proficient Microsoft Office productivity suite
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- At least five years of related experience required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged period of standing, bending, reaching, and working with hands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasional periods of prolonged exposure to loud noises
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands as necessary
- Ability to hear and see to position and safety requirement levels
- Occasional exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, and chemicals
Special Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government background investigation
