Automotive Warranty Administrator

Job Summary:
Honda of Fishers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team in Fishers, Indiana. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warranty process for Honda vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Automotive Warranty processes and systems, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims for Honda vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines
- Review and maintain records of all warranty repair orders and claims
- Communicate with customers and Honda representatives regarding warranty coverage and claim status
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate documentation and repair of warranty-related issues
- Monitor and track warranty parts and inventory levels
- Update and maintain accurate warranty records in the dealership database
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Honda warranty policies and procedures
- Work with other departments to resolve any warranty-related issues or concerns
- Keep up-to-date on changes and updates to Honda warranty processes and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework in automotive technology preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Automotive Warranty administration preferred
- Knowledge of Honda warranty processes and systems preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with automotive dealership software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
