Contract Staff Accountant

Qualifications
We are seeking a temporary Staff Accountant professional with atleast 3+ years of experience working as a full cycle accountant
*Must be able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment, detailed oriented and ability to pivot when needed
*Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
*Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
*Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
*Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload
*Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment
Responsibilities
*A/P, A/R, Payroll, reconciliation of GL, credit, bank accounts, prepaids, accruals, assets, liabilities
*Managing discrepancies, reports, documentation, and corrections
*Monthly Journal Entries and reviews
*General Ledger Analysis
*Support monthly/quarterly close process as it pertains to operating expense management, general ledger reviews, headcount reviews, accruals, and other related processes
*Accounts payable and expense account review
*Assist in payroll processing and internal payroll inquires
