Director Contract Attorney

The Director Level - Senior Contract Attorney will report to UKG’s Assistant General Counsel responsible for UKG’s strategic alliance, procurement, OEM, and other inbound or non-customer agreements . This role is ideal for someone who has the skills and experience to negotiate complex agreements independently, values a nurturing and team-oriented environment, and wants to work collaboratively with others to develop processes to gain efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
•Review, negotiate, draft and advise complex third-party SaaS agreements, software, consulting, partner and alliance, license and other technology-related agreements with sophisticated counter-parties;
• Analyze and counsel business stakeholders on risks, contractual obligations, and key business decisions;
• Collaborate with UKG attorneys and a broad spectrum of UKG business stakeholders at all levels within the Company on a broad spectrum of matters related to UKG’s proposed and existing relationships and agreements with third-parties;
• Develop and refine processes to gain efficiencies in the third-party onboarding and contracting processes
