The Contract Specialist is responsible for day-to-day operations of contracts and following all guidelines that are required.

What you’ll do:

• Submit bids and work on consistent deadlines.
• Work with sales team to ensure all deadlines are being met and rules are being followed.
• Verify authorized vendor accounts.
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Ensure all fees are calculated correctly.
• Monthly and quarterly reporting for all required contracts
• Work with customers and Vendors to provide all necessary tracking information.
• Assist Program Manager when needed.
• Assist with other government contracts when needed.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong level of experience with MS Office suite.
• Ability to have a flexible work schedule.
• Accurate Math and Data entry skills.
