Position Title: Contract Specialist

Locations:  Bannockburn, IL 60015

Anticipated Start Date: 12/25

Expected Duration:  3 months 

Job Type: Contract with possible extension

Pay rate; $21.00/hr 

Job Responsibilities: 

Purpose and Key Job Activities

• Standardize the process of reviewing nonstandard agreements

• Facilitate the review and approval by all DOA approvers

• Draft contracts/amendments for our sales team

The Responsibilities

• Review all nonstandard contract/amendment submissions for the sales team

• Understand Stericycles DOA process and facilitate all approvals on nonstandard documents

• Draft nonstandard contracts/amendments with all DOA approvals

• Review and understand contracting process and thresholds for submissions

• Review and understand Stericycles Contracting and Pricing Data Governance

Education & Experience

• High school diploma required, bachelors preferred

• 2-5 years preferred

• Hearing - perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction

• Repetitive Motion - substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers

• Seeing - use visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations

• Sitting - sit for sustained periods of time

• Talking - expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word

• Typing - type with the fingers, and/or separate pages of documents, etc.,

• Visual Acuity - close visual acuity to perform activities such as, preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, filing papers, operating a vehicle, etc.
