The Opportunity

• Qualified candidates must currently live in the Chicagoland area.
• Travel up to 5%

• What You’ll Work On
• Maintain consistency and compliance in accordance with Division Policy.
• Execute and maintain all Abbott, Core Diagnostics contract documents, post signature, into MyContract (Model N) software.
• Provide operations support and research for peers and colleagues.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support customer satisfaction by accurately executing contracted pricing for reagents and billings for equipment service, rental, and subscription fees.
• Amend, extend, or end date contracts as needed to avoid pricing and credit issues.
• Audit and implement contracts keyed by peers.
• Edit/mass update national or Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts as needed.
• Maintain specialized, “Subject Matter Expert”, tasks outside of daily contract execution role.
• Research pricing, products, or system related concerns as requested.
• Work to identify and remediate system or dataflow errors across interfaces.
• Create inquiries for price/invoicing discrepancies.
• Process system changes dictated by Instrument Change Notifications (ICNs).
• Team with and back up peer(s) as needed, and when absences occur.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Individual contributor that works under limited supervision.
• Detail focused person to provide accurate work and review of other’s contracts.
• Must be able to prioritize, and re-prioritize, tasks given due to fast paced, ever changing environment.
• Ability to interface comfortably and effectively with all levels within the organization and external customers as well.
• Proven leader, communicator, problem solver and analytical thinker.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in data entry
• Model N experience
• Excel and Sap desired

The base pay for this position is $57,300.00 – $114,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
