Summary: Enru Logistics and Postal Optimization is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager. The role will be responsible for leading and driving a culture of Continuous Improvement within the organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline process, and maximize overall performance. Reporting to the COO, the Continuous Improvement leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions. This role will be onsite located in Bolingbrook, IL.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Teach and facilitate lean transformation in both the office and manufacturing environments.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with project managers on cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet predefined objectives.
• Implement lean principles and methodologies to optimize workflows.
• Work with process leaders to implement activities with verified results.

Skills and Competencies

• Based on the essential and other duties and responsibilities of the position, the Manager should have a number of professional skills and abilities:
• Strong communication skills and comfort with facilitating to groups in all levels in the organization.
• Analyze existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and utilize proven methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, and KATA to develop solutions.
• Financial acumen
• Ability to manage a complex array of projects/programs simultaneously with different stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Based on the technical and professional responsibilities of the position, the Manager is required to have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in process optimization, engineering, quality, or business management in manufacturing environment
• Project management experience with aptitude for being a self-starter and balancing/prioritizing multiple projects at once.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to teach/train in Lean Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in commonly used and specialized project mgmt. software
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including advanced skills with Excel.
• Potential for travel 20-25%
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
