WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and manage a team to provide copy, images, videos, and communications for all training content and content requests
- Maintain editorial calendar and project manage individual tasks from assignment to delivery
- Oversee all aspects of Tap a Tech program including dashboarding, rep management, scheduling, supplies and training
- Launch and oversee ASR program, including, but not limited to training team, and providing weekly updates to client
- Manage event process and work with event team to ensure all events are staffed, MotoAgents have supplies, and recaps are sent after all events
- Work creatively and proactively to create demos for events, props and event/van themes
- Be a forward thinker to anticipate possible issues that may arise and have solutions/back up plans in place for the team
- Oversee MotoVan project including, but not limited to keeping van wrapped with current devices, hiring van drivers, sending over weekly budget updates, and ordering supplies
- Other duties as assigned by management
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, another related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
- 1-2 years of previous experience in copy writing, creative promotional writing, proof reading, and video editing
- 3-4 years of management experience
- Consumer Electronics experience; wireless and/or digital imaging product knowledge is preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Suite
- Excellent problem solving, strategic and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with minimum supervision
- Ability to engage cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner
- Regularly talk, sit, stand, walk and bend over, repetitive use of hands/arms, repetitive use of legs and grasp
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
- Occasionally carry and lift office supplies up to 10 lbs.
