Job Description
As a Content Production Lead in the Customer Activation and Marketing function, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by securing the creation and distribution of customer-facing content in paid media and stores. You are responsible for planning and coordinating all content for store communications and paid media in tight partnership with the regional production hub, media agencies, and corresponding cross-functional teams.
This hybrid role reports into our Content Production Manager and is based out of New York, NY.
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*
- Anticipate asset production needs and collaborate closely with Media, Visual Merchandising, RPH, and agency teams through the planning process to create relevant content per format and customer group for the paid media and store channels, fully understanding seasonal commercial and communication plans
- Partner with Media team to brief and coordinate media asset needs with local agencies and RPH and serve as key point of contact for queries about ad formats and asset creations
- Secure that all store and media campaign briefs/bookings contain the required copy focus, product info, imagery and unique specifications and instructions for paid media channel (TV, DOOH, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print) and store asset execution
- Coordinate with Global Media & Production Managers to develop full understanding of unique paid media campaign requirements and secure awareness of global channel playbook guidelines, available media ad and store signage formats
- Understand global store communications strategies, guidelines, and placements for printed material and digital screens and partner with Visual Merchandising and/or NCG teams to coordinate quantities, special formats, and other production needs for ordering and execution
- Create budget tracking and invoicing routines, fostering strong partnerships with vendors, and CAM Business Controller to align with all quarterly budget objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Media or Marketing Operations
- Experience in production planning for multiple channels in a fast-paced, flexible environment
- Expert in formats and assets required for paid media (TV, DOOH, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print)
- Understanding of printed formats and communication used in retail stores
- Competence within digital/tech and omni ways of working preferred
- Experience with cross-functional coordination across numerous stakeholders, teams, geographies
- Self-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and creativity
- Robust organizational skills, with the ability to problem solve, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Inclusive, positive, open to feedback, willing to multitask and learn on the job

Compensation: salary range is $86,804-$97,655 annually**
