Job Description
Blue Owl IBD is seeking an Associate / Analyst to support Product and Content Marketing efforts. The role will be primarily accountable for the development and maintenance of marketing collateral and overseeing campaigns to support the firm's institutional business development team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate closely with sales, product specialists and management teams on all aspects of fund marketing
• Responsible for the creation of fund marketing collateral, with a strong emphasis on pitchbook content. Additional responsibilities will include fact sheets, commentaries, infographics, white papers and educational material.
• Ability to become a subject matter expert on several fund offerings
• Assist in the Quarter-End update process - specifically updating existing marketing collateral and ensuring content is approved by key stakeholders prior to distribution.
• Involved in fund performance, analysis and attribution reporting in support of marketing materials

Potential candidates should possess the following:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in financial services. Candidates with backgrounds in private credit/direct lending, asset management, investment banking preferred, but not required.
• Ability to create high-impact content that resonates with Institutional clients
• Highly effective communication skills, he or she will be asked to develop strong working relationships with nearly all business units across the firm, including senior management.
• Strong working knowledge of Office Suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $85,000 to $125,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
