Overview
CoachArt, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with chronic illnesses through arts and athletics, is seeking a highly creative and skilled Content Marketer. This pivotal role will lead our content creation efforts across CoachArt Inspire, our digital platform dedicated to empowering, educating, and inspiring our community. The ideal candidate will be a masterful storyteller capable of using a range of modern tools to craft and distribute compelling content that resonates with our audience. This position is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference through powerful storytelling and innovative content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that includes video, blog, social media, and livestream content to support CoachArt's mission and goals.
- Project Management: Serve as the project manager for all content on CoachArt Inspire, ensuring timely production and publication of high-quality content.
- Interviewing & Communicating with Families and Volunteers: Sourcing stories by talking to the participants in our programs.
- Video Production & Editing: Create and edit engaging video content that tells the stories of CoachArt's impact on children and their families.
- AI Content Creation: Utilize AI content tools for prompt engineering to generate innovative and compelling content pieces. Continuously explore and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance content creation and distribution.
- Managing promotion and cross-promotion: Working with individuals and partners featured in the content to amplify the awareness of the content.
- Content Planning & Reporting: Plan content calendars, oversee content production workflows, and report on content performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and improvements.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the marketing team, program staff, and volunteers to gather content ideas and stories. Lead and inspire a team dedicated to creating impactful content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in Content Marketing: Proven track record of creating and managing a wide variety of content types, including video, written, social media, and livestream content.
- Video Editing Proficiency: Strong skills in video editing software and storytelling through visual media.
- Expertise in AI Content Tools: Experience with prompt engineering for AI content creation tools, demonstrating the ability to leverage AI for enhancing content quality and efficiency.
- Strategic Content Planning: Ability to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with organizational goals, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in content reporting and analytics tools to evaluate content performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional Storytelling: Outstanding ability to tell compelling stories that engage and inspire a diverse audience.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, volunteers, and the broader CoachArt community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,186.00 - $74,732.00 per year
