Position Purpose/Summary
The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading all Digital Marketing initiatives to drive comprehensive strategies, manage performance marketing channels, and optimize website conversion rates for a seamless customer journey. This role requires an accomplished marketer with expertise in e-commerce, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for driving profitable growth. The Director of Digital Marketing will play a key leadership role in building the digital brand and team culture while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy considering regional nuances, cultural differences, and market dynamics to deliver best-in-class e-commerce experiences.
- Utilize strong knowledge of email and SMS marketing to create engagement and nurturing strategies driving customer retention and lifetime value.
- Drive initiatives to optimize website conversion rates and lead generation through strategic A/B testing, user experience enhancements, and data-driven optimizations.
- Implement a culture of continuous optimization based on data-driven insights, utilizing analytics tools to track KPIs and make informed decisions.
- Partner with IT to manage systems integrations with the CMS and oversee website maintenance, SEO, and landing page development.
- Collaborate with brand counterparts to develop and implement CRM marketing programs emphasizing automation, personalization, and hyper-targeted segmentation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Digital Marketing, applying them to drive continuous improvement.

- Strong analytical skills and experience in segmentation, testing, targeting, and building multi-channel marketing programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize high volumes of work while maintaining quality standards.
- Drive for innovation and creative problem-solving.
- Experience with performance and channel marketing, including managing Google Ads and Facebook.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong presentation skills, effectively communicating complex marketing concepts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of tools such as WordPress, Omnia, CrowdFiber, and HubSpot. Ability to embrace change in the workplace while encouraging others to seek innovative approaches.
- Ability to function effectively as a team player.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, as needed, to best serve our customers.
Qualifications
At a minimum, the Director of Digital Marketing must have 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience, with a focus on digital experience management. MBA as well as experience in the telecom industry preferred.
