Neora is positioned for continued growth both domestically and internationally. Neora is based in Dallas, Texas with the basic functional areas including a call center in the corporate office. We also have entities established in Canada and Mexico, South Korea, Australia, Hong Kong, Colombia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Position

Neora is seeking a passionate and motivated CMS Specialist to join our UX and Digital Marketing team. Initially, this will be a Contract position with a potential opportunity to convert to a regular full time position. Ideal candidates should have previous experience in managing web & email content within a Content Management System. The CMS specialist will work closely with the CMS Administrator, IT, Digital and Marketing teams. This role will be responsible for day-to-day functions required to maintain, review, and update our websites. The role requires a customer first mindset, strategic focus on user behavior and customer experience, while demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Reviewing of our website month over month to identify gaps in content that may impact a users experience.
  • Updating and publishing of content within our CMS systems to maintain a cohesive experience.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving workflow with how content is structured and managed throughout our digital experiences.
  • Create and manage page templates, pages, and modules within the CMS.
  • Update and manage all relevant metadata as it relates to the pages being managed.
  • Optimize existing content to adhere to seo trends & best practices.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes Content Management, copywriting, design, development, and product managers in order to create and maintain cohesive, easy-to-navigate experiences.
  • Assist the CMS Administrator in establishing & documenting training guidelines for additional content managers in our various markets.
  • Collaborate with IT and business to plan and prepare work and user stories for development as it relates to specific needs to support the companys CMS goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in using a CMS (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CMS workflow practices and SEO standards from a Content Management standpoint.
  • Knowledge of HTML is strongly recommended.
  • Strong customer experience mindset and background.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration and innovative ideation.
  • Strong project management and communication skills with attention to detail.
