Job Responsibilities:
- Manage TV sales & Digital content placement in USA and LATAM.
- Participate in all aspects of business development (deal sourcing, financial analysis and forecasting, term sheet drafting, long-form drafting, contract negotiation, closing, on-going relationship management, legal, dubbing and etc.)
- Responsible for good marketing sense, ROI oriented, balancing between investment and broadcasting and placement result.
- Develop all marketing tools, from brand global media and marketing strategy & roll out plan to brand specific website, brand corporate presentation, TV placement road map, newsletter, PR..
- Manage International TV fair in key markets.
-Support and work in close relationship with all Alpha toy subsidiaries and third party toy distributors and develop a communication process for all TV & Digital Content activities.
Requirement:
- Media background, decision level relations.
- Working experience in the toy retailer is a plus.
- Result oriented (revenue, profit, budget management, etc).
- Good at defining sales and marketing strategy & milestone, also in implementation.
- Good commercial negotiation, including the product, the promotion, the marketing activity.
- Fluent in English.
