As a Content Creator at Milan Art, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and connecting with our audience through compelling and creative content. You are someone with a creative mindset, a passion for storytelling, an eye for detail, and you're not shy about appearing in front of the camera.
As we are a growing business, you will wear many hats. This is an exciting role with significant responsibility and impact on the content we create.
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Videographer/Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere), extensive knowledge of Sony cameras, and a passion for capturing the essence of Art content through engaging visuals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Create engaging and creative short-form videos with experience in YouTube content creation.
- Strong project management skills are needed to conceive, define, implement, and evaluate projects and their results.
- Essential time management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple editing jobs simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills—able to diagnose why content is working and what strategy changes should be made.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to shifting schedules.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for art instructors and art materials, ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
- In-depth knowledge of Sony cameras and other relevant video equipment.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement, monitor social media channels, and stay updated on the latest trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, copywriter, or similar role
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere)
- Experience in operating cameras for both photography and video production
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The pay range is $30-$60 per hour. This can evolve into a full-time salary.
