Full Job Description
Nature We Trust is looking for St. Augustine’s most enthusiastic, interested, and capable wellness ambassadors to help launch our business. We’re looking for an individual with their finger on the pulse of Social Media trends and a desire to help shape our brand identity in the community with the guidance of our experienced Social Media coordinator. This candidate will create content (i.e., videos, tutorials, and promotions) for multiple Social Media platforms.
This candidate is encouraged/required to work on the floor with Customer Service Associates!
Responsibilities
- Visual Care - Maintain a clean online presence and work environment.
- Customer Service - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Trends - Understand and communicate what’s trending and new on the market. Predict, analyze, and report on buying trends within the store.
- Follow NWT Creative Business Strategies - Follow and maintain our business plans to increase customer base, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
- Shift Compliance - Can post and create weekly content as scheduled by the Social Media Coordinator.
- Scheduling - Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Maintain a positive work environment. Set the standard for kindness and consideration in approaching every person entering the store.

Skills
- Experience with Social Media channels and digital publishing platforms
- Excellent writing and editorial skills
- Strong photography/video skill set
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Canva, or other software for editing photography and creating graphics preferred.
- Work and communicate with the Social Media Coordinator
- Strong organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for educating others
- Passion for Health and Wellness products
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.75 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
