About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant...
In this role, you will:
  • Own the end-to-end activities driving the daily operations in oCIO. This role will collaborate across the oCIO senior leadership to develop and execute:
  • workforce planning
  • expense management activities including expense initiative management
  • plan and execute oCIO executive routines & forums
  • organizational design
  • coordinate and drive strategic change plans from oCIO 3-year roadmap
  • deliver role/function process improvement across Strategy, Portfolio, and Workforce Economic
  • manage functional metrics including definition, reporting and remediation
  • You will represent oCIO to HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and other central functions. As a process owner, you will provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise to establish consistent practices across oCIO that integrates with related operational process. Previous experience designing and implementing process improvements at scale is highly desired.
  • Required Qualifications, US:
  • 7-10 years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • 7 + years of technology business operations experience
  • Process management experience (Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma or others)
  • Familiarity with business operations tools in an agile environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
  • Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced level leadership, communication, relationship building, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
