WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:
This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule between 9 AM and 4 PM, with occasional weekends as needed.
As a Construction Worker - General Laborer, you play a vital role in executing construction projects, working closely with subcontractors and the company owner. From residential remodels to home additions, your responsibilities include assisting with site preparation, supporting skilled tradespeople, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR CONSTRUCTION WORKER - GENERAL LABORER:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of construction experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of construction experience, a General B license or construction-related degree, and the ability to read construction plans and blueprints. We're looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to grow and succeed in the construction industry!
