Handyman/Maintenance Worker

We are looking for Construction Maintenance/Tenant Improvement Workers to join our multiple talented and award winning team in Riverside, CA. This position requires experience in general construction labor, concrete forming/finishing, carpentry, and other handyman skills.

Hourly Employee, Full-Time, Company Provided Benefits & OT is available!

Pay is Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Performing maintenance and light/major repairs
• Concrete
• Installing doors and windows
• Steel stud framing
• General maintenance and cleaning
• Painting and staining in the interior/exterior
• Drywall repair and general Carpentry
• Flooring repair and installation
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Follow the direction of the Superintendent/General Superintendent with regards to daily production schedule and activities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a building maintenance worker/technician
• Walk/Stand/Kneeling/Bending for long periods of time
• Having your own basic tools is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation, as you will need to drive your vehicle
• Required to have a valid DL
• Required to pass pre-employment drug test/physical/background check
