Salary```Duties:```
- Perform physical labor on construction sites, including lifting heavy materials, operating machinery, and using hand and power tools.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
- Erect scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures as needed.
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
