Pay

• $80,000.00-$90,000.00 yearlydepending on experience

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple task orders on military installations, with a primary focus on Arnold Air Force Base, TN.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and submittals, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Direct and lead the work of subcontractors, coordinating their activities to ensure project success.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with Government Points of Contact (POCs) to address project requirements, updates, and feedback.
• Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure that cost targets are met, and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Maintain and organize all required project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project reports.
• Act as a liaison between the company's business headquarters and the technical aspects of the projects, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Implement quality control measures to oversee all scope areas and deliverables, ensuring that the highest standards are met and maintained throughout the project.

Job requirements

• 5+ Years of experience as a Manager/Supervisor in the construction Industry - Required
• Possession of OSHA-30 Certification -Preferred
• Estimating skills ishighly desired
• Demonstrated strong project management skills
• Proficiency in analysis and critical thinking
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong leadership qualities to effectively lead and manage teams
• Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Must be able to work on military bases
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
