Position: Construction Project Administrator
Location: Rocklin
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00.00 per hour

Our client, a thriving construction company, is expanding and seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to enhance their team. This role is key to supporting project management processes and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Project Managers.
• Efficiently create and manage electronic job files.
• Obtain Owner Insurance Certificates as required.
• Process project-related submittals and change orders with precision.
• Accurately record meeting notes and maintain essential documentation.
• Manage and track Request for Information (RFI) documents.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the construction industry is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Procore software is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
