Construction Office Project Administrator
The Project Administrator’s duty is to enter and maintain company projects using Procore, our construction management software platform. The position also includes billing, collections, help with phones and client communication from pre-job to completion.
Project Administration responsibilities:
- Obtain and maintain project and client insurance certificates.
- Enter Projects into Procore, then maintain all aspects of project changes, billings, conditional and unconditional releases through project final billing and closeout.
- Understand the prime contract and any specific terms and conditions.
- Keep all project files accurate, and up to date.
- Create and maintain subcontractor agreements, SOV, billings, and releases.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Construction experience is important.
- Accounting/Finance experience is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in various typical industry standard systems required.
- Excellent reading, writing, and personal communication skills is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, the position requires multitasking with attention to detail.
- This position needs a driven individual with honesty and integrity, self-starter, assertive, great at seeking out resources, who can effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast- paced office environment with high expectations for accuracy.

We perform over 400 projects per year, from small work orders and water tests and reports including leak discovery, innovative and practical solutions for building owners and managers, to multimillion dollar comprehensive projects involving anything to do with the maintenance and restoration of building exteriors with an emphasis on waterproofing details and systems.
