Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the construction team
- Manage and maintain construction project files and documents
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and site visits
- Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence and reports
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management
- Coordinate vendor activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping for construction staff
- Maintain accurate records of construction project progress and milestones
- Support the construction team in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise
- Assist with event planning and coordination for construction-related activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a construction setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient in using calendar management tools for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Familiarity with supervising staff or managing teams is a plus
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures is beneficial
- Experience in medical office management or related field is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
