Construction Loan Servicing Specialist

The Construction Loan Servicing Specialist, performs various tasks specifically related to the servicing of all loan types. Works closely with construction servicing staff, loan staff, Loan Servicing, and the third-party construction management firm to help support the completion of construction projects on-time and on-budget. Will monitor, track, and review preliminary notices and update disbursement log. Review for updated general contractor information to include general liability and workmen's compensation insurance and updated business licenses. Obtain construction documents for cost reviews.
Monitor general ledger for inspection and draw fees; update funds collected at closing and monitor fee balances and replenish as necessary. Ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years banking experience in a Loan Operations/Servicing function. Good Microsoft Excel and Word experience. Detail-oriented with ability to follow process and procedures. Basic accounting preferred.
