Construction Job Admin/Coordinator

We are looking for a Construction Job Admin/Coordinator to join our team. Our company has been in business since 1966 as a leader in the construction industry. The preferred candidate for this position will have construction industry experience along with advanced computer skills in MS Office Products and web-based applications, basic accounting ability and superior communication and organizational skills. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Schedule and coordinate jobs daily.
• Ensure each job check-list is complete prior to job start.
• Maintain scheduling consistency across all projects from start to finish.
• Create job estimates.
• First point of contact for customers/phone and walk-in.
• Responsible for collecting deposits from clients and all milestone payments.
• Create invoicing and manage billing.
• Monitor job progress by tracking job schedules/milestones, communicating change in job status, expediting client requests and resolving problems.

Job Hours Monday - Friday 7 am - 5 pm. Saturday 7 am - 3 pm
