```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing patient customer service, patient education, orthodontic diagnostic records, and administrative support in a fun and friendly orthodontic setting. Your role will involve assisting patients with treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the office.
```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for treatments and procedures
- Explain treatment plans, including costs, to patients and answer any questions they may have
- Assist in performing orthodontic diagnostic records
- Assist in educating families and patients on orthdontic treatment
- Assist in writing financial estimates
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or inquiries promptly
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in an orthodontic or dental office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in dental terminology and understanding of treatment procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
