Responsible for these outcomes:
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with project manager (including calls to customers for updates)
- Coordinates the transmission of submittals, post award and during the project
- Liaison between company and customer, subcontractor, inspector, etc…
- Updates and maintains all project files to completion including submission for permits, one calls, portable toilet. (see project check list)
- Creates job book and maintains all notes in Evosus.
- Create Pool School book for each project 2 weeks before completion.
- Initial point of contact for in-ground/renovation leads and responsible for tracking quotes and leads
- Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting Campbell’s commitment to our customer
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Makes first initial calls for sales leads to gather data for sales. (using scripts for project type.)

- Company Values statement must be followed
- Evosus training on notes and querying customer history
- Some phone etiquette with upset customers or demanding customers
- Site visits to see the job stages for better communication with customers for the process of the jobs
- Train on permits ( process)
- Be present for morning construction meetings and job reviews
- Organizational training / time management

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
