**$5,000 signing bonus*** We are looking for a travel superintendent / assistant project manager who has experience with mid-rise Historical Renovation.
Site Location: New Orleans, LA
The Position:
The purpose of this position is to coordinate and supervise trades onsite and ensure their compliance with schedules, plans, specs, and safety requirements. The Superintendent’s duty is to help the Project Manager/Director achieve schedule compliance, maximum production, and quality
Job Description:
- Reports directly to the Project Manager/Director
- Oversee all aspects of historical mid-rise renovation project from planning to Implementation.
- Perform quality control duties over in process and completed work
- Ensure the subcontractors are executing and complying with contracted scope of work.
- Assist with required inspections.
- Identify and correct safety issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe project site.
- Assist with delivery verification and materials management.
- Work with property management to communicate work requirements to tenants.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adheres to original plans and specifications.
- Assist in overseeing quality control and punch lists.
- Identify and correct Site Safety, OHSA, and Erosion control concerns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to prepare, schedule and supervise punch lists.
- Promotes jobsite safety and encourages safe workplace practices.
- Maintain good working relationships with inspectors, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and others connected with the jobsite.
- Maintains a professional appearance and represents the company brand admirably.
Successful Applicant will have:
- Minimum 2 years of multi-family remodeling/renovation construction supervision experience.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in field supervision, scheduling, quality control and production of mid-rise, historical, and/or multi-family projects

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, some Saturdays
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
- Per-Diem (when traveling)

License/Certification:
- Driver's License
- 10hr Osha
- 30hr Osha (Preferred)
Work Location: Traveling Required
We are a rapidly growing nationwide Multi-Family contractor with new construction and renovation projects typically ranging in the $5-15MM range. Most of our projects are in TX, FL, and MN and also branch out to many other Midwest, Southern, and Southeastern states.
