Job Description
Stages Construction is looking for a dynamic and self motivated individual to support our teams general office administration, marketing and Accounts Payable needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Source bids from contractors
- Establish subcontractor agreements
- Maintain database of vendor information and certificates of insurance
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely payment on work completed
- Support in accounts receivable
- Process and prepare checks
- General accounting duties
- General administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned relating to other ownership holdings
- General social media postings
- Report payroll to third party processing
- Personal assistant to ownership
The ideal candidate is self motivated and have the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience of Accounts Payable and general administration (Experience in Construction industry preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Works well with vendors and team members
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Proficient in Quickbooks online and microsoft suite
- Great customer service and the ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask
