Construction Administrator and Accounts Payable

Stages Construction is looking for a dynamic and self motivated individual to support our teams general office administration, marketing and Accounts Payable needs. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Source bids from contractors 
• Establish subcontractor agreements
• Maintain database of vendor information and certificates of insurance
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely payment on work completed
• Support in accounts receivable
• Process and prepare checks
• General accounting duties
• General administrative duties
• Other duties as assigned relating to other ownership holdings 
• General social media postings
• Report payroll to third party processing
• Personal assistant to ownership

The ideal candidate is self motivated and have the ability to work independently. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelors Degree 
• Minimum 5 years experience of Accounts Payable and general administration (Experience in Construction industry preferred)
• Attention to detail
• Works well with vendors and team members 
• Strong verbal and communication skills 
• Proficient in Quickbooks online and microsoft suite 
• Great customer service and the ability to work independently 
• Ability to multitask
