Job Description:
We are a construction welding and fabrication business seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks related to billing, payroll taxes, invoicing, and more. This position offers flexibility, with the option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
· Utilize various computer programs, including QuickBooks, Excel, Windows, Outlook, and AIA billing software
· Experience with AIA Billing process and software
· Perform billing for completed jobs
· Generate unconditional progress/lien waivers
· General bookkeeping experience/knowledge
· Sales Tax processing, Payroll Tax reporting (Quarterly)
· Annual audit preparation
Preferences:
Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry
Knowledge/Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, Windows, and Outlook
Familiarity with AIA billing software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Schedule:
Part-time (Hours of operation 6am-2:30pm) – Pick your schedule within hours of operation (flexible)
