We are currently seeking an exceptional Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.

Job Overview:

The Accounts Receivable role at Roofing Solar is a pivotal leadership position that is responsible for managing the day-to-day invoicing and collections for all customers with the highest level of efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit AIA billings to multiple jobs each month.

· Process multiple daily outgoing invoices to our customers and post incoming payments using Quickbooks.

· Prepare Accounts Receivable aging, job billing to date and job balance left to bill reports for Project Managers weekly meetings and for weekly cash flow and collection report purposes.

· Make weekly collection calls on past due accounts.

· Responsible for the timely filing of preliminary notices, accurately collecting and submitting monthly lien releases for job draws and payments received.

· Ability to mee tight deadlines while maintaining an attention to detail.

· Manage relations with customers' A/P departments via with high degree of professionalism and efficiency by email, phone, and in-person if necessary.

· Strong personality.

· Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.

· Proven ability to manage critical deadlines.

· Understanding of handling of sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.

· Proficient in QuickBooks, Textura, AIA forms and construction accounting principles.

· Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe and Office 360.

· Create and Analyze P&L's by job in Quickbooks to accurately review up to date cost for billing purposes.

· Work with Superintendents and Project Managers to get accurate percentage of completion to determine monthly project billing amounts.

· Active California Notary is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.25 - $33.65 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
