The purpose of this position is to support the College of Nursing and Healthcare Professions (CONHCP) with administrative duties.
Responsibilities Related to Purpose:
- Provide Administrative Support for the College of Nursing and Healthcare Professions.
- Administer various assessments within the college.
- Greet students that arrive to take assessments.
- Report Academic Integrity violations.
- Assist with Student Nurse Association Administrative Support.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Qualifications:
- Must be eligible for Federal Work Study (FWS).
- Cannot be a CONHCP Nursing student.
- Must be able to work 15 to 20 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8:00 am - 2:30 pm availability is preferred).
- Self-motivated, problem solver and able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have a calm demeanor, positive attitude and high energy.
- Efficient with time management.
- High level of verbal and written communication using proper business etiquette.
- High level of respect and professionalism at all times.
