Pay Rate :$18/hr on w2

- This position is responsible for supporting the overdue redetermination teams in obtaining the necessary documentation required to complete a redetermination of eligibility determination.
- The main duties include requesting medical and educational records directly from healthcare and educational providers for DDD's members.
- The role also involves assisting in obtaining the Age 18 application for redetermination for members who are 18 years or older.
- Additionally, this position will manage requests for additional information to ensure that the information is returned within the requested time frame.
- This position completes these tasks remotely using fax, email, calling, mailing.
- Oral and written communication, organizational skills, interpersonal relations as applied to contact with applicants, members and representatives of other governmental and community organizations and the public, basic clerical skills including proper telephone etiquette and operating office equipment.
Computer skill :
- Google suite, organizational, knowledge in community resources, tracking systems and general office procedures.
Experience Required
- Administrative, clerical, case management.
Education Required
High school, college graduate, medical programs, clinical experience/know.
