Administrative Support Assistant II
Company DescriptionWhat you need to know:
• Hourly Pay $19.94/hr
• Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Full Time, Temporary 3-Month Assignment
• Located in Downtown Mesa
• Benefits Available – Medical, Dental, Vision
What you will be doing:
Composing correspondence to communicate Department information to internal and external
customers. Use database programs to track invoices and other information. Screening and
directing calls, compiling reports, statistical charts, forms, contracts and budget and financial
documents.
You will be responsible for:
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Drafting correspondences via email and in WORD.
• Setting up contract files and reviewing for complete documentation.
• Assisting staff with management of records, drafting contracts from a template.
• Maintaining accurate written and computer-based files.
• Answering telephone calls and screening and directing those calls.
What skills & experience you will bring to us:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Must demonstrate an ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Experience with Power Point, Excel and Word.
• Sensitive to the needs within the community and to individual clients.
• 3-5 years of experience in higher level office/administrative work.
