```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of 400+ Condominium Association
- Manage tenant relations, including addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and coordinating maintenance requests
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate with maintenance and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and renovations
- Maintain accurate records of property income and expenses, working closely with accountant. Provide monthly financial statements and invoice processing
- Utilize property management software (Buildium) to track work orders, owner information, closings and all other management/office functions.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports
-Manage/Supervise maintenance team, daily maintenance meetings. Work Order and condo owner communication update weekly.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Familiarity with fair housing regulations and legal administrative processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills to multi task effectively
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
- Must have property management skills and experience, condo management a plus,
must be willing to obtain CAI designation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
