Concierge Medical Front Desk Greeter

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and provide them with a warm welcome

- Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and accurately

- Verify insurance and copays

- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

- Provide information about our practice

- Handle patients in a professional manner

- Process payments and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with other staff to ensure patient satisfaction

- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly

- Proficient in using computer systems

- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment

- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical scheduling, HIPAA, medical administrative support

- High school diploma or equivalent
