AddressLexington Eye Associates is recruiting for a BC/BE glaucoma, cornea specialist, or Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to enjoy growth within a high-demand practice, offering a healthy comprehensive ophthalmology patient mix. Lexington Eye Associates is a busy and growing, multi-specialty eye care center serving eastern Massachusetts communities for more than 53 years. This is a very attractive opportunity for a physician that desires to go into a private practice and walk into an essentially full schedule from the start. The candidate would work in our Dedham office as well as other locations.

· Must have excellent cataract surgery skills including M.I.G.S.
· Short pathway to partnership that includes ownership in practice, optical shops and commercial real estate.
· Practice is 100% physician owned (no private equity).

Qualified candidates will be Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Active MA medical license is preferred.
