Compliance Specialist

We're supporting an Agency client in hiring a contract Compliance Specialist to join their team in Evanston IL! In this role, you will collaborate with departments companywide to produce accurate documents, execute QA practices, and ensure compliance guidelines are met. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and accountable, have strong problem-solving skills, and have a basic understanding of digital marketing principles.

LOCATION: Evanston, IL (Hybrid)

JOB TYPE: Contract, W2, Benefitted

HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours/week

DURATION: 3 months

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare monthly documents accurately and on time, identifying opportunities to improve processes

• Assist departments by gathering requirements, answering questions, and updating SOP documents

• Partner with strategists to improve and apply information and guidelines

• Manage appeals for declined claims and requests

• Help ensure accuracy with a QA process

• Monitor document status and address issues promptly

• Ensure creative materials meet company and promotional logo requirements

• Provide training on compliance and QA process updates

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of marketing, reporting or technical writing experience

• Proven ability to update and maintain documentation to the highest quality

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Preference for experience with advertising or media

• Preference for Automotive industry experience

• Knowledge of paid search and paid social is a huge plus
