We are seeking a Compliance Risk Management Lead Vice President to join the KYC Policy team, based in Brooklyn, NY, to oversee global change management & governance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the technology software development lifecycle supporting change management, including:
- Prioritization of functional capabilities and enhancements
- Documentation of detailed business requirements
- Coordination of development cycles (sprints) in partnership with enterprise technology
- Facilitation and execution of user acceptance testing and release implementation
- Management of end user training and user guide documentation
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the group's change management and governance program
- Manage the change management process for the firms KYC policy, including stakeholder communications and reporting.
- Provide oversight of the change book of work, including tracking timely completion of initiatives
- Coordinate the monthly policy release and publication process
- Provide advisory to internal and LOB stakeholders
- Innovate by identifying areas of opportunity to automate and implement solutions leveraging tools such as Alteryx, UI Path, etc.
- Oversee reporting and provide timely escalation on areas of concern
- Challenge the status quo by providing critical and analytical thinking and strong decision making capabilities to identify problems, propose creative solutions, and escalate as necessary
- Maintain the team's process documentation and job aids
Qualifications:
- Experience developing technical requirements and managing technology partners
- Demonstrate the ability to partner with stakeholders on projects
- Experience developing or managing change management processes
- KYC knowledge or experience is a plus
- Ability to own end to end processes
- Possess strong written and oral executive-level communications skills
- Strong understanding of risk and controls
- Detail-oriented; possess a high-level of attention to detail and quality for their work product
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient with MS Excel and other reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau)
- MBA or Bachelor's degree with professional certification preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as a core team member
