Delaware North is hiring for a Product Owner Intern to join our IT team in Buffalo, New York. Are you an energetic undergraduate or graduate student who’s seeking an incredible paid internship program? Delaware North internships are paid and can be completed for academic credit. Summer internship dates typically span 10-14 weeks between 28th May - 9th August. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience and make an impact in a global company.

Responsibilities
Understanding of product backlog management under the guidance of other POS.
Manage small product backlog activities.
Hands-on experience with several guest-facing technologies.
Catalog guest-facing vendor documentation.
Create current state site architecture diagrams for DN properties.
Create content for the DN product catalog.
Understand our end users and market demands to contribute to the product vision and roadmap.
All other duties assigned.
Qualifications
• Must be a current student in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent degree program.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, PowerApps, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms preferred.
• Foundational understanding of software development processes, methodologies (agile, scrum, etc.)
• Understanding of product management/ ownership concepts, frameworks, and processes preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Ability to think critically and analyze data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
