Full-Time, Exempt
This position is responsible to assist with the development, facilitation, promotion, and value-delivery of MVP’s Data Products and Services. This includes driving key deliverables for the Data Office, supporting the maturity of Data Governance programs and technologies, and working with our business partners towards sustainable data models in accordance with our recommended data architecture.
Roles and Responsibilities
Project Management: Working with the Data Office team, identify critical path across teams to deliver on Data Office Program goals. Communicating to stakeholders and other Digital team members on status and including their feedback to future work is essential. Responsible for management, roadmap development, task planning, and resourcing of Data Office driven projects and departmental initiatives.
Data Products: Working with the Enterprise Data Architect, Data Requirements Analysts, and Technical Product Owners to develop communications around expectations, timelines, use and adoption of all Data Products. This position will play a key role in foundational work to advance current and future data needs including data design/ modeling, governance, user trainings, and adoption. Understanding and management of feature sets, version and release cadences, and product lifecycles required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience:
5-7 years of experience in delivering data solutions to the enterprise.
Required Skills:

  • Project Management skills
  • Strong facilitation and leadership skills
  • Understanding of end-to-end cycle for data development and proven ability to influence and play key role in each stage of cycle (ideation, modeling, architecture, project/ initiative management, development, testing, deployment) within Data Office portfolio.
  • Strong experience in several the following: Data Governance, Data Solutions, end-user query languages, semantic layer development, data catalog and glossary support, end-user reporting and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with business and technical partners.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Excellent judgement and comprehension.
  • Data modeling experience.
  • Experience with Health Care related data and concepts.
Preferred:
  • Project management certification preferred (CSM, CSPO, SAFe, etc.)
  • Exposure to Database technologies; tables, metadata, structure, design, SQL, and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
  • Experience with Erwin data modeling.
  • Proven experience working with diverse data assets across many systems.
