Reporting to the Head of Transversal Compliance, the Compliance Officer – Governance and Framework is responsible for the design and implementation of the Bank's Compliance Governance Framework, maintaining charter updates and managing the process of Compliance operating and management Committees including the production and maintenance of reporting materials and analysis for various Committees.
This role will require coordination and proactive outreach to various groups and divisions within CACIB and the Combined U.S. Operations (CUSO) entity
General
• Secretary of the Committees managed by US Compliance
a. Compliance Management Committee
b. Complex and Sensitive Transaction Committee
c. New Activity Product Committee
d. Other as needed
• Manage the New Activity Product (NAP) process.
• Manage the Complex and Sensitive Transaction (CST) process.
• Serve as the main point of contact for CST and NAP related inquiries in the US.
• Update annually the Compliance Framework document and Governance owned Policies and Procedures, including related Training materials.
• Assist with the management of strategic and regulatory projects.
• Manage follow-up actions related to:
a. Committees
b. Issues (Internal audit, regulatory)
c. NAP
d. CST
• Coordinate routine Management Information System (MIS) reporting with the Compliance Reporting Officer.
