Current Opportunities: The Compensation (Incentives) Analyst will support and execute the Company’s incentive compensation strategy and work directly with the finance and operational leaders to ensure that incentive plans are calculated correctly and support Aveanna Healthcare’s incentive reward structure. The Analyst will provide professional guidance, coordination, and support in an effective and consistent application of Aveanna’s incentive administration policies and practices. The Analyst will perform complex financial calculations and provide analysis of data to ensure that incentive plans are calculated fairly, accurately, and consistently to support business objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

Calculate payouts under Aveanna’s various incentive plans (approximately 40 complex incentive plans).

Coordinate with Operational Leadership on the review and approval of payouts prior to completing file loads.

Provide accounting and finance department leaders with accurate and up to date accruals of future incentive payouts for purposes of journal entry creation and forecasting.

Ensure that calculations are completed in compliance with substantive plan terminations and notify leadership of any variations.

Ensure that all employees who qualify for an Aveanna Field Incentive plan have reviewed, signed, and returned all appropriate documentation.

Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining incentive plan documents.

Assist in creating and delivering communications/training on incentive plans.

Assist in generating reports related to appropriate metrics, such as payments history, metric results, etc.

Provide excellent customer service and support to internal customers including key business partners.

Perform financial projections as required to complete budget analysis and projections.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree

1-3 years of experience in a financial or compensation/incentives role.

Must be proficient in multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point and, an advanced user of Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform complex formulas and calculations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment with rigid deadlines.

Working knowledge of computerized applications and procedures.

Public company experience and experience with heavy M&A activity preferred.

Ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources on a regular basis to prepare accurate financial results.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.

Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions.
